NT LOGAN operates where four disciplines converge. We supply enterprise artificial intelligence through our own AI Capacity Exchange gateway. We engineer renewable energy systems that convert agricultural and forestry residues into clean electricity, green methanol and high-value carbon products. We build the leasing and charging infrastructure that will electrify Australian commercial transport. And we develop residential communities grounded in place.

Intelligence as infrastructure.
Our AI division operates as a wholesale and enterprise solutions business, supplying artificial intelligence capability, compute and automation platforms to corporations, government agencies and infrastructure operators across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
At the centre of the division is our own proprietary platform, the NT Logan AI Capacity Exchange — a single gateway through which clients reach every major cloud model and their own private local inference, with routing, governance, metering and billing built in. See the architecture below.
Our Innovation
One gateway. Every provider. Cloud and local AI capacity delivered through a single OpenAI-compatible endpoint — with routing, governance, metering and billing built in.
Enterprises hold separate contracts, keys, quotas and billing arrangements with Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI and Azure AI — while sensitive workloads that cannot leave the building sit on entirely separate local hardware. Costs are opaque, data residency is difficult to prove, and every new model means another integration.
The AI Capacity Exchange sits between the client application and every source of AI capacity. Applications call one OpenAI-compatible API; the gateway selects the model, routes the request to the optimal provider — cloud or local — enforces policy, records usage and returns the result. Switching providers becomes a configuration change, not a rebuild.
The platform is built as six cooperating layers, so that capability can be added at any level without disturbing the others.

Division 02
Waste in. Clean fuel, power and carbon out.
Our bioenergy platform takes agricultural and forestry residues — beginning with sugarcane bagasse — and converts them through a biomass to pyrolysis system, producing biochar and syngas. The syngas feeds a combined cycle gas turbine to generate electricity, which powers a green methanol plant, an AI datacentre and electric truck charging.
Green methanol is also produced as a key clean fuel and chemical feedstock. Synthesised from syngas and green hydrogen, it is one of the few drop-in fuels capable of decarbonising shipping, heavy industry and chemical supply — sectors that cannot electrify directly — giving the plant a second, higher-value offtake route alongside power generation.
This is the commercial logic of the whole group in one facility: the electricity we generate runs the AI compute and the truck charging depots we also own, so intelligence and mobility are powered by energy we produce ourselves.
Division 03
Decarbonisation without the capital burden.
We provide complete fleet electrification — vehicle leasing, charging infrastructure, renewable generation and fleet management delivered as one commercial package, so operators can transition without heavy upfront investment.
Our objective is integrated transport infrastructure in which renewable generation, battery storage, charging networks and electric fleets operate as a single system — with our own energy division supplying the power behind it.
Division 04
Communities built to endure.
We develop residential communities across South East Queensland with considered architecture, durable materials and planning that respects the character of place — housing designed to hold both its value and its character.
Our flagship project at Logan Reserve delivers up to 20 townhouses, with a further landholding retained for future luxury residential development.

Nuri Temurlenk leads NT LOGAN with a strategy that addresses four of Australia's most consequential challenges — digital capability, energy transition, transport decarbonisation and housing supply — as a single, connected undertaking.
From the NT Logan AI Capacity Exchange and a 10 MWe bioenergy and green methanol facility in the Northern Rivers, to electric fleet infrastructure and a 20-townhouse development in Logan Reserve, his approach treats these ventures not as separate endeavours but as complementary systems within one elemental cycle.
